Motoreasy - Cosmetic Insurance Offer

Free (“Free Members”) and Premium members (“Premium Members”) of Halfords Motoring Club can enjoy discounts on Cosmetic Vehicle Insurance through MotorEasy (the “Cosmetic Insurance”) when they purchase a policy through Halfords Motoring Club. Free Members will receive 15% discount and Premium Members will receive 20% discount from the Cosmetic Insurance (the “Offer”). Conditions:

  1. This Offer only applies to Halfords Motoring Club members, who are resident in the United Kingdom (excludes ROI), including employees, and their immediate families, of Halfords Limited, their associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professional connected to the Offer, who purchase a MotorEasy Cosmetic Insurance policy from the 20th June 2023.
  2. The Offer cannot be retrospectively applied to Cosmetic Insurance purchased outside of these dates or to individuals who subsequently join the Halfords Motoring Club. For MotorEasy’s Terms and Conditions please visit the website
  3. The Offer is organised and hosted by Halfords Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE (“Halfords”) in association with MotorEasy Services Limited of Unit 6 60 Portman Road, Reading, Berkshire. RG30 1EA (“MotorEasy”).
  4. Halfords is an Introducer Appointed Representative of MotorEasy, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. In entering the promotion, you consent to passing your personal data to MotorEasy (similar to what is used on our website). Any personal data collected by Halfords will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
  5. Free Members will receive 15% discount on the premium policy when they purchase a Cosmetic Insurance policy through MotorEasy
  6. Premium Members will receive 20% discount on the premium policy when they purchase a Cosmetic Insurance policy through MotorEasy
  7. All vehicles over five (5) years old or exceeding 60,000 miles will not be eligible for Cosmetic Insurance. All other vehicles will be subject to a MotorEasy check whereby MotorEasy may determine the vehicle is not eligible for Cosmetic Insurance.
  8. Cosmetic Insurance can be purchased online or by telephoning 0800 254 5174. To qualify for the Offer, Free Members and Premium Members must provide a valid discount code (the “Discount Code”) as listed on Halfords Motoring Club promotional material located on the Halfords Motoring Club website. The Discount Code must be entered when prompted on the “Finalise” stage (step 5) of the MotorEasy website purchase process, or if purchasing on the telephone, when requested by a MotorEasy telesales agent.
  9. To validate your Cosmetic Insurance discount (the “Discount”), MotorEasy and Halfords will need to exchange the following information submitted when you purchase your policy: your vehicle registration number your Halfords Motoring Club Membership Number and your name.
  10. This offer only applies to MotorEasy Cosmetic Insurance purchased by participating members of Halfords Motoring Club and cannot be retrospectively applied to Cosmetic Insurance purchased by individuals who subsequently join the Halfords Motoring Club.
  11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers that MotorEasy may be running from time to time.
  12. If you cancel your Motoring Club membership after purchasing the Cosmetic Insurance, this will not affect your Cosmetic Insurance Policy
  13. If you purchased a Cosmetic Insurance Policy as a Free Member and then upgrade to a Premium Member, you will not be entitled to any additional discount.
  14. No cash alternative will be offered.
  15. Halfords reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Offer and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, Free Members and Premium Members shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  16. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  17. The terms and conditions for this Offer are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
