Your opinion is important to us! We want to hear about the products you like, the reasons why and any areas for improvement. Your experience will help other customers choose the right products and guide us on what we can do better.

As well as a rating, you can also provide a text review and include images, allowing you to provide more insight into your experience of the product.

You may even see some of the best reviews appearing on Halfords advertisements, as no one can describe our products more effectively than our customers.

Following a purchase, customers will receive an email asking them to leave a review. Simply follow the steps outlined in the email to share your experience.

You may also be presented with the option to leave a review whilst shopping online via a pop-up window.

This process ensures all our reviews are written by real customers, allowing others to get a clear understanding of the products and services that we offer.

We request that any reviews you provide is always an honest and factual account of your purchase. Here are some things you should consider when writing a review:

  • The review should focus on the product or service purchased
  • The review should be constructive - avoid accusations and offensive language
  • Keep to the true facts

We ask that you remain considerate when leaving your review, even if the product or service has not met your expectations. You must NOT:

  • Make false, inaccurate or misleading statements
  • Use offensive, vulgar, obscene, racist, hateful or derogatory language
  • Include links or promotional material in your review that could take other customers to other retail sites

    Halfords is committed to using all reviews as long as the content meets the requirements of this policy. This means we will only remove reviews if:

    • No product has been purchased and no money has been paid
    • The feedback does not relate to an authentic product
    • The review contains personal information (such as names, addresses or other identifying information) of the customer
    • The review contains any offensive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racist or derogatory language
    • The review contains content that is illegal or that is depicting illegal activity
    • The review is fake, false, inaccurate or misleading
    • The customer requests removal of their review
    • Information about other companies and website information about price
    • We have a court order to remove (or temporarily take offline) a review

If a customer wishes to amend or delete a review, they will need to visit the site they left the review with (e.g. Feefo, Google), and amend the review via the link originally provided or via an online account.

Although Halfords and the third parties that we use take a number of steps to prevent fake reviews being published, if you feel a review on our site or one of our third parties is fake, please contact the site that the review is displayed on directly.
