Terms and Conditions: Halfords Trade Card e-Gift Giveaway (the “Promotion”)

This promotion is open to all existing Halfords Trade Card Holders (“Trade Card Holders”) for the opportunity to win £100 (in the form of a Halfords gift card). All Trade Card Holders who make an online Parts purchase will be eligible to be entered into the weekly prize draw for every purchase (the “Prize Draw”), where winners will receive a pre-loaded £100 e-gift card. One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week between 5th August 2023 to 10th November 2023.

Conditions:

  1. The Promotion is open to Trade Card Holders aged 18 or over, who are resident in the United Kingdom (excludes ROI), including employees, and their immediate families, of Halfords Limited, their associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professional connected to the Promotion.
  2. The Promotion is open between 00.01am on 5th August 2023 and 23:59pm on 10th November 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. The Promotion is organised by Halfords Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0DE, company number 00103161 (“Halfords”)
  4. By taking part in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the UGC Privacy Policy and by the decision of Halfords in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion, whose decision shall be final.
  5. Trade Card Holders who have made an online Parts purchase during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw to have the chance to win a pre-loaded £100 e-gift card (the “Prize”).
  6. The Promotion is only open to customers who are Trade Card Holders who purchase special order car parts (“Parts”) online.
  7. Halfords will randomly select one winner (the “Winner(s)”) on each week of the Promotion Period from all entrants, using a random number generator. Each Winner can only win once: if a Winner is drawn for a second time, that week’s Winner will be re-drawn. There will be a total of fourteen (14) identical Prizes.
  8. Halfords shall notify the Winners by email within seven (7) days of being drawn.
  9. No cash alternative will be offered.
  10. The e-Gift Card will automatically expire twelve (12) months after the card has been issued.
  11. To obtain the names and counties of the Winners, please send a self-addressed envelope to Halfords.
  12. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer the Promotion and in accordance with the terms of the Halfords Trade Card, unless consent is provided otherwise. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in any marketing we sent you.
  13. Any expenses incurred by the Winners in the general use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Neither Halfords nor agencies involved in this Promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. Halfords cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude Halfords’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  14. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  15. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
