Firstly, you should contact your bank and find out what's going on. If they say there's no problem, then try again. If it doesn't work, get in touch, and we'll see if we can figure out the problem. We only accept UK registered cards online.
If you've purchased an item in store, your VAT receipt is the till receipt you received at the time.
Invoices for home or work deliveries are automatically provided by email approximately 24 hours after the goods have been dispatched -this would normally be the same day the item is being delivered. This receipt will have a full VAT breakdown and is sent as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.
