A full refund on a bike purchased can only be issued if the bike is unused. Any indication of wear will be deducted from the refund.
We will process your refund within 30 days. Once it is all done on our end, it’s over to your bank. They will usually take 3-5 working days to pop the funds back into your account.
If you are returning an item, either because it is not suitable or faulty, we offer the right to a refund. During the refund process, we take your name, address, and postcode. This is part of our Refunds Policy and is designed to protect our customers by preventing and detecting criminal or fraudulent activity. All information is stored in accordance with the GDPR.
If you require a refund for a purchase made using a non-Halfords gift card, this can be refunded in the form of a Halfords gift card for the equivalent amount or if preferable, as cash. Our standard Returns Policy applies in all cases.
Unfortunately not, we are not part of the VAT refund scheme.

We will happily offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, provided you return it to us in its original and unused condition with your proof of purchase. We may need to verify the serial number on your receipt against the serial number on the item being returned.
